July On fire

April & I packed up and moved ourselves, our stuff and our dogs and moved to our own little corner of paradise. Playa del Rey is a little beach town in Los Angeles, a little island oasis, surrounded by beautiful wetlands, the marina, the ocean and LAX, keeping it isolated from tourists and traffic.

After moving, it was all about getting settled in - it didn't take long. We walk the two blocks to the beach or the lagoon or the break, every day. We had a happy hour house warming party with drinks on the patio and crazy karaoke all night long. We went to Manhattan Beach for the AVP tour - nice! and I met CoCo for Mexican and bar bands, followed by dancing. I am so happy to be living in the Playa.
